Surely We shall help Our Messengers and those who have believed, in the present life, and upon the day when the witnesses arise, 51 the Day when their excuses will be of no avail to the evildoers, seeing that their lot will be rejection from all that is good, and a woeful hereafter. 52 And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], 53 which was a guidance and good counsel to people endowed with understanding and wisdom. 54 Be steadfast, then, (O Prophet), Allah's promise is true. Seek forgiveness for your shortcomings, and celebrate the praise of your Lord, evening and morning. 55 As for those who, with no authority to do so, dispute God's messages, there is nothing in their hearts but a feeling of greatness which they will never attain. Seek refuge in God, for He is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know. 57 Never can the blind and the seeing be equal; nor those that believe and act righteously and those that do evil. Little do you understand. 58 Indeed the Last Day will surely come, there is no doubt in it – but most people do not accept faith. 59 And your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer you; surely those who are too proud for My service shall soon enter hell abased. 60
