۞ God says, "Do not worship two gods. There is only One God. Have fear of Me". 51 And His is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, and unto Him is obedience due perpetually; will ye then fear any other than Allah? 52 Whatever favor you have is from Allah. Whenever you are afflicted you groan to Him. 53 Then, when He removes the affliction from you, lo, a party of you assign associates to their Lord, 54 In the end you will reject Our bounties. Enjoy yourselves; you will soon know (the consequences of your deeds). 55 They even appoint a share of what We have provided for them [to false gods] they know nothing of. You shall surely be questioned about the lies you have been fabricating. 56 They ascribe daughters to Allah exaltations to Him! But they themselves would have what they desire! 57 And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inward grief! 58 He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide. 59 For those who believe not in the Hereafter is an evil similitude, and for Allah is the sublime similitude, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 60
