The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
