And of His Signs is that He created you from dust and behold, you became human beings, and are multiplying around (the earth). 20 And of His signs is, that He created for you from yourselves pouses that ye may find repose in them, and He set between you affection and mercy. verily herein are signs for a people who ponder. 21 Among other signs of His is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the variety of your tongues and complexions. Surely there are signs in this for those who understand. 22 Among His signs are your sleep, at night or in daytime, and your seeking His bounty. There truly are signs in this for people who hear. 23 And of His signs is that he sheweth you the lightning for a fear and for a hope, and sendeth down from the heaven water, and therewith quickeneth the earth after the death thereof; verily herein are signs for a people who reflect. 24 And of His signs is that the heaven and earth stand firm by His command; then, when He calls you once and suddenly, out of the earth, lo you shall come forth. 25 All those in the heavens and on the earth belong to Him. All are obedient to Him. 26 And He it is who creates [all life] in the first instance, and then brings it forth anew: and most easy is this for Him, since His is the essence of all that is most sublime in the heavens and on earth, and He alone is almighty, truly wise. 27
