And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And set not up (or worship) any other ilahan (god) along with Allah [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
