The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By heaven of the constellations, 1 by the promised day, 2 And the bearer of witness and those against whom the witness is borne. 3 slain were the Men of the Pit, 4 by a burning fire 5 Behold! they sat over against the (fire), 6 And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses. 7 Against these they had no grudge except that they believed in Allah, the Most Mighty, the Most Praiseworthy, 8 Whose kingdom spreads over the heavens and the earth. God is witness over everything. 9 Those who persecuted the believing men and women and never repented, there is for them the punishment of Gehenna (Hell), and for them the punishment of the burning. 10 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment. 11 The grip of your Lord is severe indeed! 12 He it is Who creates for the first time and He it is Who will create again, 13 And He alone is truly-forgiving, all-embracing in His love, 14 Owner of the throne, the Glorious 15 Always doing whatever He wills. 16 Has the story of the hordes 17 Pharaoh and Thamood? 18 But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial, 19 and God is behind them, encompassing. 20 What is revealed to you is certainly a glorious Quran 21 in a Guarded Tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
