Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the sinners, 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
