Hast thou considered him who turns his back 33 And he gave a little, then refrained? 34 Is with him the knowledge of the unseen so that he sees? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 and Abraham, who paid his debt in full? 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 nor can man achieve anything without hard labor. 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 And afterward he will be repaid for it with fullest payment; 41 To your Lord will all things eventually return. 42 And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep. 43 And that He it is Who causes death and gives life- 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 and that He will bring about the Second Creation; 47 that He it is Who bestowed wealth and riches, 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius; 49 It is He who utterly destroyed the ancient tribes of Ad, 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 And the people of Nuh (Noah) aforetime, verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing [in disobeying Allah and His Messenger Nuh (Noah)]. 52 And He destroyed the overthrown cities [of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent]. 53 So there covered them that which covered. 54 Then which of the favors of your Lord do you doubt? 55 This is a warner from the warners of ancient times. 56 that [Last Hour] which is so near draws ever nearer, 57 none except Allah can disclose it. 58 Then at this statement do you wonder? 59 And you laugh, and do not weep! 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 Bow instead in adoration before God and worship Him. ۩ 62
