So did you observe him who turned away? 33 And gives a little and (then) withholds. 34 Has he knowledge of the unseen, so that he sees? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 That no one who carries a burden bears another's load; 38 And that man will not obtain anything except what he strove for? 39 and that [the fruit of] his striving shall soon be seen; 40 And only then will he receive his recompense in full; 41 And that to your Lord is your returning; 42 And that He it is Who makes (men) laugh and makes (them) weep; 43 that it is He who causes death and gives life; 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 From a drop (of seed) when it is poured forth; 46 And that on Him is the bringing forth a second time; 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that it is He Who destroyed the (powerful) ancient 'Ad (people), 50 and Thamud, leaving no trace [of them,] 51 as well as the people of Noah before them - [since,] verily, they all had been most willful in their evildoing and most overweening 52 and He overthrew the subverted cities [of Sodom and Gomorrah] 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 So, which of your Lord's bounties will you doubt?” 55 This [Prophet] is a warner like the former warners. 56 The imminent Hour has drawn near, 57 There shall be none besides Allah to remove it. 58 Do you marvel then at this discourse (the Koran)? 59 And you laugh and do not weep 60 Wasting your time in vanities? 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
