The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
