Verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) are Gardens of delight (Paradise) with their Lord. 34 Shall We then treat the (submitting) Muslims like the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and disbelievers, etc.)? 35 What has happened to you? How do you judge? 36 Or have ye a book through which ye learn- 37 that you will be granted whatever you choose? 38 Or have you taken a binding promise from Us which would hold till the Day of Judgement, that you will get whatever you demand? 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or is it that they have partners in worship? So they should bring their appointed partners, if they are truthful. 41 The Day that the shin shall be laid bare, and they shall be summoned to bow in adoration, but they shall not be able,- 42 Their eyes will be humbled, and humiliation shall spread over them for they were already ordered to prostrate themselves when they were undiminished. 43 Therefore leave the one who denies this matter, to Me; We shall soon steadily take them away, from a place they do not know. 44 I shall grant them some respite, for My plan is powerful. 45 (Muhammad), do you ask for your preaching any recompense which is too heavy a price for them to pay? 46 Or do they have any knowledge of the Unseen which they are now writing down? 47 So wait with patience for the Decision of your Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish, when he cried out (to Us) while he was in deep sorrow. (See the Quran, Verse 21:87). 48 Had the favor of his Lord not come upon him, he would have been blamed, cast upon the shore. 49 but [as it was,] his Sustainer had elected him and placed him among the righteous. 50 When the unbelievers hear the Reminder, they nearly strike you down with their glances, and say: 'Surely, he is mad' 51 But it is not except a reminder to the worlds. 52
