The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 Raging Fire. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
