Al-Mu' minoon 5 of 6
And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 We have brought before them the Truth, and there is no doubt that they are lying. 90 Never did Allah take unto Himself any son, nor is there any god other than He. (Had there been any other gods) each god would have taken his creatures away with him, and each would have rushed to overpower the other. Glory be to Allah from all that they characterize Him with! 91 All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! 92

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
