The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
