The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
