Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
All that is in the heavens and earth exalt Allah. He is the Almighty, the Wise. 1 To Him belongs the Kingdom in the heavens and earth. It is He who revives and causes to die, and He has power over all things. 2 He is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last (nothing is after Him), the Most High (nothing is above Him) and the Most Near (nothing is nearer than Him). And He is the All-Knower of every thing. 3 It is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then established His Dominion over the Throne. He knows whatever enters into the earth, what comes out of it, what descends from the sky, and what ascends to it. He is with you wherever you may be and He is Well Aware of what you do. 4 To Him belong the heavens and the earth and to Him all things return. 5 He causes the night to pass into the day, and causes the day to pass into the night, and He fully knows all that is hidden in the breasts of people. 6 Believe in Allah and His Messenger and spend (in charity) of that which He has made you successors. Whosoever of you believes and spends shall have a mighty wage. 7 How is it that you do not believe in Allah when the Messenger calls you to believe in your Lord and although he has taken a covenant from you, if indeed you are believers? 8 It is He who bestows from on high clear messages unto [this] His servant, to lead you out of the deep darkness into the light: for, behold, God is most compassionate towards you, a dispenser of grace. 9 And what reason have you that you should not spend in Allah's way? And Allah's is the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, not alike among you are those who spent before the victory and fought (and those who did not): they are more exalted in rank than those who spent and fought afterwards; and Allah has promised good to all; and Allah is Aware of what you do. 10
