The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 "No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it." 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He replied: 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, except those that are astray? 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 “Except his wife – we have decided that she is of those who will stay behind.” 60
