Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
