The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
