The worldly life is not more than a childish game. It is the life hereafter which will be the real life, if only they knew it. 64 And so, when they embark on a ship [and find themselves in danger,] they call unto God, [at that moment] sincere in their faith in Him alone; but as soon as He has brought them safe ashore, they [begin to] ascribe to imaginary powers a share in His divinity: 65 showing ingratitude for what We have given them and take their enjoyment; soon they shall know! 66 Behold they not that We have appointed an inviolable sanctuary, while men are being snatched away round about them? in falsehood then believe they, and unto the favour of Allah will they be ingrate? 67 Who does greater wrong than he who invents a lie about God or rejects the truth when it comes to him? Is Hell not the home for those who deny the truth. 68 Those who struggle in Our cause, We will surely guide them to Our ways; and Allah is with those who do good. 69
