۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
