Al-Taghaabun 2 of 2
No calamity befalls unless God dispenses. He guides the heart of whosoever believes in God; and God has knowledge of everything. 11 Obey Allah and obey the apostlle; then if ye turn away, on Our apostle is only the preaching manifest. 12 Allah! there is no God but He! In Allah, therefore, let the believers put their trust. 13 Believers, some of your wives and children may prove to be your enemies so beware of them. However, if you would pardon, ignore and forgive, know that God is All-forgiving and All-merciful. 14 Your wealth and your children are only a temptation, whereas Allah! with Him is an immense reward. 15 So fear God as much as you can, and listen and obey, and spend in charity for your own good. He who is saved from his own avarice will be successful. 16 If you offer up to God a goodly loan, He will amply repay you for it, and will forgive you your sins: for God is ever responsive to gratitude, forbearing, 17 All-Knower of the unseen and seen, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. 18
True are the words of God the Almighty.
