It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 It is He who revives and makes to die, and to Him belong the alternation of the night and the day. Will you not understand! 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'Will you not then be godfearing?' 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
