The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
