O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful. 59 ۞ Now; if the hypocrites do not give over, and those in whose hearts there is sickness and they that make commotion in the city, We shall assuredly urge thee against them and then they will be thy neighbours there only a little; 60 Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour (of Resurrection). Say: “Allah alone has knowledge of it. What do you know? Perhaps the Hour is nigh.” 63 Verily Allah has cursed the Unbelievers and prepared for them a Blazing Fire,- 64 Abiding therein forever, they will not find a protector or a helper. 65 On the day when their faces are turned over in the Fire, they say: Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed His messenger! 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 "Our Lord! Give them double Penalty and curse them with a very great Curse!" 68
