Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 and refuse charity. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
