Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
YaSeen. 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, 3 upon a Straight Path. 4 The sending down of the Mighty, the Most Merciful 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 The word has been proved true against the greater part of them: they will not believe. 7 We have bound their necks with fetters up to their chin, so that their heads are raised and cannot be lowered. 8 And We have put a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up, so that they cannot see. 9 thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You should only warn those who follow the Quran and have fear of the Beneficent God without seeing Him. Give them the glad news of their receiving forgiveness and an honorable reward (from God). 11 It is We indeed who bring back the dead to life, and write down what they send ahead (of their deeds), and traces that they leave behind. We keep an account of all things in a lucid register. 12
