۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
