We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
