He it is, Who has made the earth subservient to you (i.e. easy for you to walk, to live and to do agriculture on it, etc.), so walk in the path thereof and eat of His provision, and to Him will be the Resurrection. 15 Do you feel secure that the One in the heavens will not cause you to sink into the earth when it is violently shaking? 16 Do you feel secure that the One in heaven will not send against you a whirlwind to pelt you with stones, so that you will know how [true] My warning was? 17 Those who went before them belied [the truth]: then how great was My rejection of them. 18 Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them? None, except the Merciful holds them. Surely, He sees all things. 19 Do you have any armies who will help you against the Beneficent God? The disbelievers are certainly deceived (by satan). 20 Who can provide for you, if He withholds His provision? Yet they obstinately persist in rebellion and avoidance of the truth. 21 Who is better guided: he who walks grovelling on his face, or he who walks upright on a Straight Path? 22 Say: 'It is He who produced you, and appointed for you hearing and sight and hearts; little thanks you show!' 23 Say, “It is He Who has spread you out in the earth, and towards Him you will be raised.” 24 They say: “If you are truthful, tell us when will this promise (of the Hereafter) be fulfilled?” 25 Say: 'The knowledge is with God; I am only a clear warner.' 26 When they realise it has come upon them, distraught will be the faces of unbelievers. They will be told: "This is what you asked for." 27 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Tell me! If Allah destroys me, and those with me, or He bestows His Mercy on us, - who can save the disbelievers from a painful torment?" 28 Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error." 29 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Tell me! If (all) your water were to be sunk away, who then can supply you with flowing (spring) water?" 30
