No, by the moon! 32 And by the Night as it retreateth, 33 And by the dawn when it brightens, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 It is a warning for mankind 36 Unto him of you who will advance or hang back. 37 Every soul will be a pledge for that which it hath earned, 38 Save the fellows of the right. 39 in Gardens they will question 40 and will ask of the criminals, 41 What led you into the Scorching Fire? 42 They will say: "We were not of those who prayed; 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 “And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly.” 45 and we cried lies to the Day of Doom, 46 "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain." 47 So the intercession of the intercessors will not benefit them. (The disbelievers will not have any intercessor.) 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 No indeed; each one of them desires that open letters be sent to each of them. 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 Nay, verily, this is an admonition 54 Let him then who heeds remember it. 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
