The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 Striking sparks of fire 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
