The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
