Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and refuse to help the needy. 7
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
