Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
