The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 Will not man remember that We created him aforetime, when he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence. 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 Then We shall deliver those that were godfearing; and the evildoers We shall leave there, hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our manifest revelations are rehearsed unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: which of the two portions is better in station and goodlier in company? 73 And yet, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [people] who surpassed them in material power and in outward show! 74 Say: As for him who is in error, the Beneficent will verily prolong his span of life until, when they behold that which they were promised, whether it be punishment (in the world), or the Hour (of doom), they will know who is worse in position and who is weaker as an army. 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our signs and says, 'Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children'? 77 Has he obtained knowledge of the Unseen, or has he taken a covenant with the Most Compassionate Lord? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 All that he claims will revert to Us, and he will come before Us all alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worshipping them, and they shall be adversaries to them. 82
