Say: "O ye my servants who believe! Fear your Lord, good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world. Spacious is Allah's earth! those who patiently persevere will truly receive a reward without measure!" 10 Say: I am commanded that I should serve Allah, being sincere to Him in obedience. 11 And I have been commanded to be the first [among you] of the Muslims." 12 Say: 'Indeed, if I rebel against my Lord I fear the punishment of a dreadful Day' 13 Say: “Allah alone shall I serve, consecrating my devotion to Him. 14 So serve, apart from Him, whomsoever you please.” Say: “Behold, the real losers shall be those who will have lost their own selves and their kith and kin on the Day of Resurrection. Behold, that is the obvious loss. 15 There shall be sheets of fire above them and beneath them. This is the end against which Allah warns His servants. So dread My wrath, O you servants of Mine!” 16 Those who avoid At-Taghut (false deities) by not worshipping them and turn to Allah in repentance, for them are glad tidings; so announce the good news to My slaves, 17 Who hear advice and follow the best thereof. Such are those whom Allah guideth, and such are men of understanding. 18 Can he against whom the sentence of punishment has been justified (be rescued)? Can you save him who is in the Fire? 19 But those who fear their Lord -- for them await lofty chambers, above which are built lofty chambers, underneath which rivers flow -- God's promise; God fails not the tryst. 20 Hast thou not seen how that God has sent down out of heaven water and threaded it as springs in the earth, then He brings forth therewith crops of diverse hues, then they wither, and thou seest them turning yellow, then He makes them broken orts? Surely in that is a reminder for men possessed of minds. 21
