۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
