Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
