The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A burning fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
