▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. 26 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory. 27 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 28 Whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth implore Him; every day He is upon some labour. 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 We shall soon be free to turn to you, O weary caravans, 31 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten brass will be released against you and you will not be able to protect yourselves. 35 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 36 And when the sky is rent asunder and becomes red like [burning] oil 37 which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 38 On that Day no question will be asked of man or Jinn as to his sin. 39 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks, so they shall be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 42 (The guilty ones will be told), "This is hell which the sinful ones denied". 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
