Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 so be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and obey not one of them, sinner or unbeliever. 24 And, remember the Name of your Lord at the dawn and in the evening; 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change. 28 Verily this is an admonition; then whosoever will, may choose a way unto his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way]: for, behold, God is indeed all-seeing, wise. 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will; But the wrong-doers,- for them has He prepared a grievous Penalty. 31
