In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I CALL TO WITNESS those who are sent consecutively, 1 storming tempestuously 2 Consider these [messages] that spread [the truth] far and wide, 3 and the severally severing 4 Then spread abroad a Message, 5 to excuse some and warn others: 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 When the stars lose their light, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 And when the messengers are brought unto their time appointed - 11 For which day were they appointed? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 Would that you knew about the Day of Judgment! 14 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 And We shall let them be followed by those of later times: 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 On that day, woe upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 which We then let remain in [the womb's] firm keeping 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 We determined; excellent determiners are We. 23 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 Depart unto the shadow falling threefold, 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 it indeed throws up sparks like castles, 32 which seem as though they are yellow-coloured camels. 33 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 34 This is a Day they will not speak, 35 nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize. 36 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 If now ye have any wit, outwit Me. 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
