Al-Zukhruf 4 of 7
We shall make satan the companion of whoever ignores the remembrance of the Beneficent God. 36 And verily they hinder them from the way, whilst they deem that they are rightly guided. 37 Until when he comes before Us he will say (to the devil): "Would to God there was a distance of the East and West between you and me, for you were an evil companion!" 38 They will be told on the Day of Judgment, "Regret will never be of any benefit to you. You have done injustice to your souls and you will share the torment". 39 Canst thou then make the deaf to hear, or give direction to the blind or to such as (wander) in manifest error? 40 We shall punish them whether We take you away, 41 or We shall show you what We have promised them; for surely We have complete power over them. 42 Hold thou fast wherefore to that which is revealed unto thee: verily thou art on the straight path. 43 The (Qur'an) is indeed the message, for thee and for thy people; and soon shall ye (all) be brought to account. 44 Inquire of apostles We had sent before you if We appointed gods to be worshipped other than Ar-Rahman. 45
