The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are the verses of the illustrious Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
