Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
