The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise unto Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help. 5 Guide us to the straight path: 6 The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
