But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Abraham said: "What, do you give me this tiding though old age has smitten me? Just consider what tiding do you give me!" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
