Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
All whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth proclaims the Purity of Allah; His only is the kingship and His only is all praise; and He is Able to do all things. 1 He it is Who created you, but one of you is a disbeliever and one of you is a believer, and Allah is Seer of what ye do. 2 He has created the heavens and the earth in accordance with [an inner] truth, and has formed you - and formed you so well; and with Him is your journey's end. 3 He knows what is in the heavens and the earth, and knows what you hide and what you disclose; God knows what is in the hearts. 4 Has not the news reached you of those who disbelieved aforetime? And so they tasted the evil result of their disbelief, and theirs will be a painful torment. 5 That was because there came to them messengers with Clear Signs, but they said: "Shall (mere) human beings direct us?" So they rejected (the Message) and turned away. But Allah can do without (them): and Allah is free of all needs, worthy of all praise. 6 Those who disbelieve assert that they shall not be raised. Say thou 'Yea! by my Lord, ye shall surely be raised, and then unto you shall be declared that which ye have worked; and that is for Allah easy. 7 Therefore believe in God and His Messenger, and in the Light which We have sent down. And God is aware of the things you do. 8 The day He will gather you together on the Day of Gathering, will be the day of Judgement. He who believed and did the right, will have his evil deeds expunged by God and admitted to gardens with rivers flowing by, and abide there perpetually. This will be the great achievement of success. 9 As for those who disbelieved and belied Our verses, they shall be the inhabitants of the Fire and shall live therein for ever. Evil shall be their arrival. 10
