۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
